Alan Manzo is a 10+ year filmmaking professional with experience in film, television, branded content and music videos. Manzo has been trained in film at the prestigious USC School of Cinematic Arts and Chapman University, and holds a degree in Chicano Studies and Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.

His latest directorial projects, Following Kanika, Romp and Running the Code have been well received at film festivals around the country. He has produced and DP’d other independent projects as well Grillin’ (producer), and Tax and Pizza (cinematographer). His most recent film, SOMOS, is his most timely piece he has made since being a father.

Manzo has worked in the production offices of films and TV series: American Horror Story Season 10, Hollywood Season 1, Pearson, Shooter, Unsolved: The Murders of Tupac and the Notorious B.I.G., Wilding, The Cloverfield Paradox, Made in America, The Coroner Season 2, The Mayor, The Get Down, John Wick: Chapter 2, and What About Barb? He currently works with eOne as an Assistant Production Coordinator for the ABC show, The Rookie.
